Work Completed Summary
Circuit Design: Designed an LM324 op-amp thermal comparator with hysteresis and an adjustable potentiometer reference setpoint for chatter-free switching.
Component Mapping: Assigned THT footprints for the LM324, BC547 transistor, 1N4007 flyback diode, LED, resistors, and screw terminals in KiCad/eSim.
4-Layer PCB Routing: Routed signal tracks on Top (F.Cu) , and high-current relay tracks on Bottom (B.Cu).
Verification & Export: Passed KiCad DRC with 0 Errors / 0 Unconnected Tracks and generated complete Gerber fabrication files
